Paradise has been shaken,

The Garden of Eden just turned blue,

You can hijack all of our airplanes,

You can burn the World Trade Center two,

But the Statue of Liberty is still standing,

The stars and stripes are still waving too,

But the beauty of American freedom is,

We don’t have to eat camel stew!

Don’t get us wrong, we are not being bigots,

We are all some flavor of immigrants too,

But the big thing that makes our melting pot different,

We stand side by side, Christian, Buddhist and Jew!

We are a nation who accepts any human color,

We have fought for human rights for 225 years,

But the one thing we just can’t tolerate,

Is some camel jockey trying to stick it in our ear!
